How do I receive the Military Discount?

Do you sell mushrooms?

Sacred Three Mushrooms does not sell mushrooms or any illicit substances. All pictures are for informational purposes only.

Is this legal?

Yes, as of 1/2/24, the DEA has responded to the status of spores and cultures under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA). Please see link for official statement.

How do I store products?

GENETIC SYRINGES: Store in refrigerator and do not freeze. Optimal temperature for storage is 39F-46F(4-8C) . When ready to use, bring to room temperature.

STM SUPPLIES: Store in a cool and dry place to maintain freshness. For extended storage beyond 4 weeks, it's recommended to refrigerate the products.

How long is the shelf life?

SHELF LIFE | STM SUPPLIES: Products will last 5-6 months under proper storage conditions.

For optimal quality, it's best to use the STM Supplies before 4 months from the date of purchase.

SHELF LIFE | GENETIC SYRINGES: We have used syringes stored in the refrigerator that where two years old and still performed.

For optimal quality. it's best to use Syringes within 6 months of purchase.

Do you have contamination?

All products are tested each batch made. Green, Yellow, pink, or black are bad colors to see when colonizing.

Grains: When it comes to grains, if the grains show up looking okay then it is mostly
the fault of the syringe if you see contamination. If the grain bags were not correctly sterilized then you would see them show up contaminated.

Substrate: Be clean and cautious of the environment around you when using the substrate. Allow the substrate to fully colonize before you open the tote or put to fruiting conditions. When substrate is colonized and is fruiting, the substrate will turn a grayish, yellow, blue, or black color. All these are fine. The black is the spores dropping from the mushroom caps opening. All these colors are okay and safe to see. The main color to watch for in the fruiting step is green. Green is bad. Don't breath in any green contamination when discarding it.

What is the Return & Refund Policy?

At Sacred Three Mushrooms, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our culture products. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

Sterility Guarantee: We offer a sterility guarantee of 100% on all spore and culture products for 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in unused condition.

Quality Concerns: If you have any concerns about the integrity of your syringe(s), please contact us at info@sacredthreemushrooms.com within seven days of receiving your order. Refrain from removing the syringe(s) from its packaging until we've had the opportunity to assist you. If deemed necessary, we will promptly dispatch a replacement syringe. In certain instances, we may provide a prepaid return postage label for the return of the problematic syringe.

Shipping Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging, if your spores or culture products arrive damaged during shipping, please email us a clear photo of the damaged product within seven days of delivery. We will send you a replacement product within 24 hours.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping address and name information. Please double-check the shipping address provided before submitting your order. Items returned or lost due to an incorrect or invalid/undeliverable address will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Please email us at info@sacredthreemushrooms.com to request an order cancellation. Refunds for canceled orders take 1-2 days to process.

Research Satisfaction: If you encounter any issues with your research or are unhappy with your purchase, please email us to discuss potential options for a special discount on a replacement.
